This splendid residence offers exceptional sea views and an abundance of comfort, making it the perfect retreat for your seaside escape. Enter into the inviting living room where you can unwind with digital TV entertainment or step out onto the terrace to soak in the magnificent vistas of the sea. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for creating delicious meals, featuring a dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, and toaster—ensuring all your culinary needs are met. The apartment comprises three cozy bedrooms, providing ample space for up to six guests. Bedroom 1 features a comfortable double bed, while Bedrooms 2 and 3 each host bunk beds accommodating two persons, making it ideal for families or groups. The apartment has two modern bathrooms, both equipped with showers for your convenience, in addition to a separate toilet. For those who enjoy biking, you'll appreciate the included bicycle storage, allowing you to explore the beautiful surroundings at your leisure. With its stylish furnishings, stunning views, and prime location, this apartment promises a memorable and relaxing stay in Duinbergen!  
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. It might occur that only paid parking possibilities are available in the holiday home's surroundings It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
