« This hotel was really fun. It is great for families and kids. I loved that it was safe, you could buy the things you liked in the room, and they had their own vibe. Some of the pluses: good decor, well stocked kitchen, good spices, fire pit, fenced yard for dogs, comfortable bed and furniture, quiet neighborhood, close to beach and shopping. Only a couple small things: there was occasional leaking at the base of the toilet bowl at floor level and some minor floor noise. We would definitely stay at the Sea Glass Cottage on a future trip to the area! Thank you for providing us a terrific base to make good memories! »

When you enter the building, you are surrounded by warm rich woods, stained glass, and Edison bulbs that cast a low amber light. The Historic Queen room I stayed in was delightfully minimal, but with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The room opens up to a private balcony with a little bistro table. I recommend sleeping with the window open to feel the beach air and listen to the ocean. »

« We had a great stay at the Happy as a clam cottages. The cottage was very nice and clean. Being able to eat a few meals in using the full kitchen, BBQ was a plus. The location was perfect for our interests (it is very close to 2 very fine oyster farms/restaurants, several state parks, and a short drive to both the bay and oceanside of the peninsula. We would highly recommend. »
