I highly recommend The Canvas for those staying in Klang. It's conveniently located near Bukit Tinggi mall, which contains many convenient stores, restaurants and services. The hotel is very clean and well-serviced by the housekeeping and reception staff, and the rooms are nicely designed.

Great stay & very convenient location next to AEON. Room was super clean with a well-designed interior. I just find it hard to get food super early in the morning, and there's no pantry facility to heat food or room service as such.

The location is perfect, right in front of the airport shuttle bus stop from KLIA. It was a shame that the room had no hairdryer, but it was spacious, stylish, and functional. The cost performance was excellent!

If there were a zero star rating I would give it to this hotel. Reception is unaccommodating, unfriendly and rude. Either they are not trained by the management or are just not fit for the hospitality industry. The only person who greeted me and smiled was the security guard at the Ground/Lobby level. Housekeeping staff who delivered my ironing board/iron asked me why don't I just pick one up from the corridor instead of calling them....what kind of atttude is that. How can you speak to a paying customer that way?! Room was not cleaned property there was hair in the shower trap, air-con was not cold and noisy, uncomfortable mattress. The room is quite basic. Totally dissapointing experience and will never return here again.

If you’re looking just for a good night stay, the hotel is very new, nice design, comfortable and clean. But limited tv channels and no breakfast.

Encountered a staff who was unfriendly, didn’t greet or bother to smile when I approached counter and when I asked for a toothbrush set (was instructed to come down to reception to collect when I called from my room), displayed irritation that I was troubling her to get one for me. :(

The room is clean and big, the location is good also. Aeon is just walking 5 min only. Only one thing is about the carpark, at Basement is quite scary for a girl, too quite and no security at basement.
