Hello, Last week, we booked the Superior Triple Room. The front desk staff was so friendly, and greet us well. After that we check-in the room. Satisfied with the room, so spacious. But, the moment we entered the room, it have that unpleasant smell, probably from the carpet. Then, we checked the bathroom/toilet. It has cigarette smell, even tough we asked for no smoking room. Also, one plug is not functioning on the right side of the queen bed (below air-cond regulator). Other than that, we are very happy and enjoyed our stay. Thank you for your service.

I booked executive floors to have a pleasant stay in their executive lounges, but it was closed due to no customer. So it was waste of money to book at executive floor.

The hotel is clean but the service is very poor for a tourist. We could not get any information from the front desk or concierge about what to see or do in Klang and the surroundings. No tourist info, no maps to help. Looks like a hotel for business people only. Fortunately being a resident of Klang in the 1950's I can remember some of the places of interest but for my daughter from Germany this was a real disappointment.

Bring along my parents to Klang and stay in this hotel, front desk staffs are polite and efficient. Room is clean and cheerful, nearby are shopping mall tesco and aeon, we have a very nice day over here, totally worth for the price

Sign boards

The hotel room, cleaniness & service was good. Since there is some construction is going on infront of the hotel it would be better if there are sign board for entry into the hotel. There was a number of turning and not sure of the entrance.

Not amazing. I was disturbed on the eve of my check-out. Room service rang the doorbell at 12.18am insisting that I ordered room service. I told that guy he make a mistake and insisted that I ordered. I was fast asleep and let alone order room service. After a few mins of disputing he left grudgingly. I couldn’t sleep thereafter. Just wondering how could room service makes such mistake. Another issue is that only two teabags were provided in each room. Normally, in Most hotels at least four or five packets of different flavours.

Eoom service was bad. I ordered 2 Cantonese noodle in Egg gravy. Requested for one yellow noodle and one kway teow. They delivered two plates of a combined yellow noodles and kway Teow . Besides their food was very Salty. We realised later that all their food were Salty. We told the Manager of the restaurant about the next morning.

the hotel itself is clean and well kept. Friendly staff, but can be inefficient and incompetent in getting simple tasks done. E.g Poor and slow coordination between different depts in the hotel. The bill at breakfast was not processed in time for check out and the staff had to chase me in the carpark for payment of Milo. Reception staff told me it was not their duty to collect the payment.... this was poorly coordinated. What if i had already left the hotel? Reception staff cannot answer simple requests and have to check everything with duty manager....
