Villa "Korina" is a single-family house with 2 storeys, offering a private and tranquil vacation rental experience in Klana, Rijeka, Croatia. Situated 1.3 km from the center of Klana, it boasts a spacious 1,200 m2 fenced property with a lush 130 m2 lawn. Enjoy the convenience of on-site amenities such as a swimming pool, outdoor shower, barbecue area, and internet access, alongside ample parking facilities.

Immerse yourself in the serene outdoor surroundings at Villa "Korina". The property features a stunning angular swimming pool measuring 12 x 3 m with a depth of 145 cm, available seasonally from May 1st to September 30th. Relax on the well-manicured 130 m2 lawn or bask in the sun by the pool. Unwind with an outdoor shower and savor delicious meals cooked on the barbecue, all while enjoying the privacy of the fenced 1,200 m2 estate.

Villa "Korina" offers a tranquil retreat, nestled along a wooded area in a quiet and sunny, elevated position, within a cul-de-sac. The property is well-maintained, with the pool and garden tended to by the owner/gardener. Please note that the 1st floor of the house remains closed and unoccupied, ensuring your privacy during your holiday rental stay.

Conveniently situated, Villa "Korina" is just 1.3 km from the center of Klana and 19 km from the lively city of Opatija. Explore nearby attractions like the pebble beach "Volosko" and a concrete beach, both located 17 km away. Unit Layout  
You will stay in a 3-room house with two levels, providing ample space for your vacation. The living/dining area features a sofa bed, cable TV, and air conditioning for your comfort. There is also an exit leading to the terrace. Additionally, the house has two separate rooms, each equipped with a comfortable French bed. The open kitchen is well-furnished with various appliances, including a hot plate, oven, dishwasher, gas rings, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.  
  
Amenities Included  
During your stay, you can enjoy a range of amenities to enhance your experience. The house is equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue area, a dishwasher, and a microwave for your convenience. Pets are welcome, and the accommodation can accommodate up to 5 guests. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom available for your use.  
  
Other Information  
The house offers a partially covered terrace with outdoor furniture and deck chairs, allowing you to relax and take in the beautiful countryside views. Heating is available, but please note that it may not be available in all rooms. For your safety, a fire extinguisher is provided. The house is suitable for families, and you are permitted to bring one small pet or dog. Additionally, free WiFi internet access is available for your convenience. The bathroom includes a shower, bidet, and toilet, with the added luxury of a hydro massage shower.
