Located in Downtown Klamath Falls, you will be just steps from local shops, coffee spots, dining and local attractions like The Ross Ragland. The interior has been completely renovated, but still has historic charm with modern updates. Perfectly central for exploring Crater Lake, Lava Beds, Spence Mountain and all that the Klamath Basin has to offer. Our updated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is the perfect stay for families, couples, or friends. Two bedrooms feature cozy queen beds, while the third offers a queen/ twin bunk bed, making it easy to sleep up to 6 guests comfortably. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with a sunny bistro area that’s perfect for sipping morning coffee or planning your day. Step outside and choose your view: relax in the backyard with a glimpse of the church tower rising above the neighborhood, or sit on the front porch to take in the energy of downtown life just steps away. Modern furnishings, central heating and air, blackout curtains, and white noise machines ensure both style and comfort. Being right on a bustling one-way street means you’re in the heart of downtown life, complete with a bike lane just outside the sidewalk, foot traffic, and road traffic. The driveway is narrow and tight, so think of it as a gentle challenge for your parking skills. Inside, you may notice some squeaky floors, just part of this older home’s character. And while you might hear a touch of city traffic, we’ve made it cozy with white noise machines in every bedroom to help you drift right off to sleep. \-The washer and dryer located in the basement downstairs and will be closed during periods when there\`s severe rain and snow as it\`s on a sump pump system. \- We insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection is $26 per reservation and will be included in your rental rate. This fee provides coverage for minor accidental damages during your stay, giving you peace of mind and saving you the hassle of a large upfront hold, or a tedious refund process.
