### Pool villa with 3 bedrooms 7 can sleep by a river 100m to the beach

The villa is situated on one of the best land plots in the project, about 650 sqm, with only one neighbor and water on two sides.  
  
The house is about 165 sqm with a terrace of 30 sqm, 3 bedrooms with inbuilt furnitures, 2 bathrooms with tile floors and marble walls, living room and fully equipped kitchen. one toalett outside by the pool.  
  
Very nice garden with many flowers and fruit trees. The dock is shared with the neighbor nice to swim from or fish from.  
  
Master bedroom have one King size bed and one sofa bed for 1 adult (or 2 children).  
  
The other two bedrooms have kings size double beds, one have extra single bed.  
  
Free bicycles and a canoe to borrow.  
  
7 adults can sleep in beds
