Par contre ce détail est largement compensé par l'accueil chaleureux, les conseils et l'amabilité du personnel (qui ont tous fait de très beaux effort pour dire quelques mots en français et nous parler dans un anglais enfin compréhensible --avec un accent allemand très amusant-- ). »

« The hotel is located just outside of Kitzbühel and has multiple facilities.
(+) several saunas, a jazz bar, a spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, high-tech room with a smart TV that we could connect our phone to (hence watch our favorite Netflix shows)
(-) We had no views from our balcony. We opened the door of the balcony thinking we'd find vast lands or mountains in front of us, instead there was pretty much nothing.

« This is an amazing property in the valley surrounded by mountains for hiking, running or cycling. The food for the board we purchased was fabulous. This hotel is like a ground bound 4-5 star cruise ship. We loved it and would attend again and just might;0). »
