The front desk clerk was very friendly and kind. The breakfast was much better than anticipated. It had hot items as well as muffins and cereal. It is right on the beach!

Got a king size room street view. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, slept great. Room had been been renovated had luxury vinyl flooring. Breakfast was great had biscuits and gravy, eggs, pancakes and link sausage. All staff was very friendly and efficient. Will definitely stay here again.

We reserved a room with a king size bed and Oceanview. When we arrived we were informed that our room did not have functioning cable television. There were no other ocean view rooms available. We opted for a king room with a street view. When I inquired about an adjustment in my rate, I was told that wasn't possible because I had booked using a third party. The room was small, the bathroom consisted of a shower/tub and a toilet. The sink was in the sleeping area. There was one wicker chair and an office chair for furnishings which offered little to no comfort. The next morning I expressed my displeasure with the desk at breakfast. She stated she would attempt to find a more comfortable room and get back to me later in the day. They did offer a bigger room without an oceanview. At that point we had decided to endure it and leave very early in the morning. Saturday evening at approximately 11pm, after listening to a yapping dog for and hour and a half, shrieking children who sounded like they were running cattle across the floor in the room above ours, we decided to drive five hours home without any rest. There was no representative of the facility to speak to as the front desk was closed. This was our fourth trip to the area this year and under no circumstances will I ever stay at this location again.

When I checked in hotel was empty clerk still put me right next to where they were doing some sort of renovation. Loud hammering coming through walls. I asked front desk if they would be back early in morning and wake me.up. he lied and said we not doing construction. then said one day job. Sure enough next morning 7am bang bang bang. Needed sleep and if I got it this would be a good review. Right on beach.

Room was very clean with probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in. It has its own beach access and pool (which was closed for the season.) Several restaurants are close by, some within walking distance. The building's exterior needs some repair/updating which is supposed to be happening over the winter anyway. Overall, I would come back.

wow!
The rooms are very efficient and nice, the pillows are super fluffy. The staff is super friendly!! I have stayed here many many times through the summer and a few other places and I would 100/10 choose here everytime between any other option. Its right next to the ocean, it’s quiet, and peaceful.

Great value for the price!
The hotel has some age to it but you can tell they have done renovations. The room was very clean. We had a king bed which was pretty comfy. I dont think we heard any noise from other guests. The free breakfast provided was surprisingly excellent. Typically the free breakfast is a bagel or toast. They have an awesome spread. Biscuits and gravy, sausage patty, sausage links, and cheese omelets. Fresh fruit, bagels and toast, cereal, yogurt, muffins. I am sure I am missing some other items.

hallways not very clean. dog food spilled on the floor and was never cleaned up during my entire stay, as well as trash bags & empty soda boxes. it would be nice if the hallways were vacuumed everyday. people are very nice & the location is convenient & beach is beautiful. quiet place which i enjoyed & breakfast is served every morning

However, we are also aware that all channels were working on the living room tv. Upon your request we did change your room to a higher floor with an ocean view. This property is obviously older but renovations have been done. Outside shows its age but inside, the rooms have a more modern feel. Very clean which is amazing considering all the sand tracted in. The front desk was very nice and accommodating. Good selection for breakfast. Beach access from the motel.
