Live oaks line the street, secluding you just enough from the heart of Duck Village—an easy mile away along the multi-use Duck Trail. Guests here enjoy access to Ocean Crest's private beach walkway, tennis court, and community pool.  
  
Inside, the home feels fresh, bright, and thoughtfully put together. The spacious kitchen is the star of the show—complete with quartz countertops, custom tile, stainless appliances, and even a wine cooler and refrigerated drawers in the island. The open-concept great room centers around a built-in entertainment wall, giving everyone room to gather without feeling crowded.  
  
Outdoors, the private pool and hot tub offer a welcome retreat after a beach day, with plenty of room to grill out, play a game of cornhole, or just unwind under the stars. There's even a crow's nest deck—perfect for sipping your morning coffee with a peek of the ocean in the distance.
