\- No unregistered guests allowed  
\- Guests responsible for their consumables once initial reserve provided is consumed  
\- Guests can park their car in visitor parking ( ample available in front and sides of the Condo building).  
  
\*\*\*There will be a $350.00 CAD security deposit. This is not a charge but a temporary hold on your payment method, and it will be released within 5 to 7 days after checkout as long as no damage occurs during the stay.  
HOUSE RULES:   
 • No smoking allowed. By booking, you agree that violating the smoking rule you automatically forfeit your security deposit (if any), and an additional $500 charge will be applied for professional deep cleaning and \`de-smoking\` of the house/unit.   
• Parties / events, lack of decorum and disruptive noise will not be tolerated.   
• Guests are not allowed to exceed the agreed upon occupancy limit in the reservation. Any unregistered visitors will be charged $50/person/night for the full reservation.   
• Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10PM-8AM.   
• If the neighbors are disturbed, host reserves the right to ask the tenant to vacate the premises with no refund.   
• Pets are welcome (only if included in reservation), however   
 o Strictly no pets on any furniture. $200 deep cleaning fee for violating house rule.   
 o Guests agree to pay for any damage (to furniture/wood/wall etc.) by their pets.   
 o Guest to get own dog bed & bowls and immediately clean/pick up any waste by pets.
