Mose bad hotel i visit in my life They make pay 100$ for security i didn’t see it when i was booking that …. And my credit card stopped then they said we cant let you in … then i call my bank to fix my card then i payes that 100$ I hope ill get it back but it was v bad service. Regards

Nous avons eu un surclassement, ce que nous avons grandement apprécié. Aux 2 séjours faits dans notre aller et retour vers Chicago. Petit bémol pour les déjeuners. Très basics, je m'attendais à plus. Les oeufs pourraient être brouillés afin de ne pas s'assécher rapidement, des saucisses entières au lieu de galettes etc. Le choix de céréales ... ajouter un choix santé (style musli ou raisin bran) du pains multi grains et meilleurs choix de muffins. Mais ce sont des suggestions 🙂.

La propreté de la chambre laisse a désirer. Le tapis était taché et sale. Il y avait une chaise a l'entrée qui avait une énorme tache. Les fauteuils était aussi sales. Le fond du bain est noirci. Taché ou sale? Il y avait meme des tache sur les rideau! Les serviettes étaient propre s et sans taches par contre.

Room was brand new renovation and staff was friendly. Unfortunately there is heavy construction in the lobby causing lots of dust. The wait to check in was also long and we had to listen to hammer drills chipping up tiles in the lobby the whole time. Could barely hear the front desk staff. Noise did not carry in to room though. Might not have picked here if there was an indication there was construction while booking.

the renovations are very nice. not much attention to safety e.g. non slip mat in bathtub or safety bar to enable getting in and out without falling. breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. powdered eggs, tough sausage and stale muffins need to be improved. coffee was good

Has gone and is doing complete renovation….very well done .. I would have given five stars but breakfast was a little to be expected from renovation and the chairs to sit in were well worn but then again maybe hadn’t got around to get new ones..

I've been a frequent visitor and been staying in this hotel whenever we are in Kitchener since 2018 and it never failed to always make us feel comfortable since from its old management to its new management. The covenience around the area has been our preference next to comfort. Highly recommended! The new management has done a job well done in upgrading the interiors of the hotel. It is more modernized and has a very well lighted rooms. Also the blackout curtains is literally black out. Hard to tell when its day or night unless we open them up. We will always keep on coming back there .

Extremely clean, newly renovated hotel. Comfortable beds, courteous front desk staff, quiet environment for a good night sleep. Definitely recommend. We had a morning flight so the perfect place to sleep. Nice passion touch is the complimentary breakfast.

Positives: Dan was a great concierge! (granted us late check out/early check in :) ) awesome location (close to lots of food), Breakfast was lovely and had tons of options/variety (yummy waffle maker). Bed was comfy and room was clean We were in one of the new King suites and noticed a number of things that could have been better- staff was very friendly but I got sick and ran a fever the first night and nobody was able to access clean sheets for us to replace on the bed the next day when we asked for some. Instead we ended up buying a tide pod from them and doing laundry ourselves - one out of 2 machines was broken, and then other said it was 2.50$ per load and only accepted quarters. We went to get quarters downstairs, but when went to start the machines and they required 4$ per load? so we went BACK downstairs where staff confirmed it's 4$ (despite the sign on the laundry machine that we had a picture of) and they didn't have enough quarters for us to buy to use the machine. Cost us 10$ to wash our own sheets and change the bedding for a 2 night stay... kind of odd- no reimbursement. Negatives: -we were met with "I don't know you can come back later to ask" on a few occasions by staff -no outlet at desk to use in our room --> used by light and phone already -no coat hangers- little closet (where we hung our formalwear but nowhere for wet coats) -water temp took ages to heat up/regulate (5 mins) -key card kept not working to open our room

I wish I would have known about the sheet situation, I would have helped you out right away. (i didn't know that is what you were laundering) We will review our front desk training procedures, you should never get an " I don't know?" from our front desk staff. The charging station on the new desks is on the side of the desk away from the window, about 3 inches down, for all those reading this review. Thanks for your feedback and the compliment Claire.
