No shoes to be worn inside the home. 2\. No Parties or Events. There is a $500 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund. 3\. Quiet hours are 10 p.m. - 7 a.m. 4\. No smoking on the property, including outside. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $ 500 fine. 5\. Respect neighbours by keeping noise levels low, especially during quiet hours. 6\. Only registered guests are allowed; A surcharge of $200 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. 7\. Pet fees are $50 per pet, per night, and must be paid immediately after the reservation is confirmed. A payment request will be sent out. If you have a second pet, an additional fee will apply and will be billed to you separately. 8\. Illegal substances and activities are strictly prohibited. 9\. 10\. Limited starter supplies are provided; plan accordingly for longer stays. 11\. One bath towel per guest provided; plan ahead for additional towels. 12\. It was perfect as for us as a large group visiting Kitchener to play in the KW Oldtimers hockey tournament. Mike and Sara were very responsive to any questions before and during our stay. The house is well taken care of, the beds were comfortable and the house was stocked with the basics we needed for the weekend. (shower towels, tea towels, sugar, coffee, paper towels and toilet paper, dishwasher tabs) There is a nice open concept kitchen dining/living room that accommodated our group of 12 well. We had everything we needed for cooking breakfast (adequate dishes, glasses, mugs, cutlery & frying pans etc). We were out for lunch and brought in food at dinner b/c of the hockey schedule. I'm sure if we are back in Kitchener we will stay here again! We did need an extra parking space b/c of our large group but it was easy to go online to the City of Kitchener website to request a "parking exemption" for overnight street parking.
