clean, safe. Only downside during my stay during weekend was that there was several rooms on my floor which had guests for a party - they were pretty loud till late in the night (1 AM) and walking/talking in hallways of the floor. I had to call the reception - they did come by once, but it continued on.

Lobby, amenities and restaurant was great. Rooms looked a tad more upgraded in the photos, but still a good stay. Didn’t realize it was pet friendly - the people staying in the room before us must’ve had a dog. Faint smell.

Excellent location. Walkable to shopping, several restaurants, gym, etc. However, for a "junior suite" the room was very underwhelming with a lack of furniture and amenities. The room did not feel cozy, but instead very sterile. Also the front desk staff needs a lot more training in customer service as they were not very welcoming or hospitable.

Great rooms, quiet. Breakfast is monotonous on stays longer than one night. Would have liked quiche and salad as an option for breakfast with veggies. Wish they switched to bulk shampoo etc dispensers and coffee plastic disposable trays dont appear to be eco friendly

The fridge in the bedroom was extremely loud. Vinyl floors were probably easy to maintain, looked fine but a carpet would be nice. Buffet was good value. Staff were good. Would stay at this location again.

We have a nice stay, the hotel is more modern which is nice. There’s dining and a bar on site and it is very well located.

We paid for a king suite with two rooms and manager put us in a single room, wasn’t not available till next day, even after that she kept sending us to wrong rooms. (Not sure if it was on purpose but it seemed like it was ) anyhow was never compensated for the one night issue and time spend (4 hours) to resolve it
