As a foreign resident of Japan (English speaker), I would have appreciated a little more bilingual support. Conversational Japanese is just fine, but when I asked for more detailed information about the property and activities, they could only provide papers and maps in Japanese. I would have liked some bilingual pamphlets and maps. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to family and friends. Jul 21, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities ホテルはエントランスやお部屋もとてもきれいで快適に過ごせました。お風呂やプールが思ったよりこじんまりしていました。 夕飯付きのプランが予約でいっぱいで選べず、ホテルにもレストランが無いため、1番近くのお店まで車で20分程かかり、せっかく行ったのに満席でお店で待たせてももらえず「またの機会にお願いします」と言われ、コンビニで食べ物を購入してホテルのお部屋で食べました。事前にホテルから夕食付きでない場合の案内を教えていただけたら、チェックインの前に食料調達するなり、レストラン予約するなりできたのにと、そこがとても残念でした。 ##### ??
