It felt very cramped. The location is good, and the staff was friendly. The building is fresh but the air was bad probably because of humidity issue.. Two staff members took my name but then made me check in at a machine next to the desk. They both watched me do it, despite the fact that either could have checked me in. Got the king room and it's huge by Japanese standards. Soft beds. Large washroom. Basic amenities. Staff couldn't provide extra towels or pillows either. No chair at desk, just a stool, which made it difficult to work at the desk. Located right next to tracks so not recommended for light sleepers as trains start just after 6am.
