#### Nice home, but we had many problems with the pool and Hot tub.

Pool motor was very old. Needs to be replaced immediately. Hot tub jets were non existent. We had to fill the hot tub up every day. Once it was running it was ok. But after being gone all day, it was depressing coming back to a hot tub that the water was down over 12 inches and took over a half hour to warm up....
