Nov 29, 2024 Liked: Check-in, communication, location #### Nice property, but needs a refresh The home was located in a nice, quiet gated community in the Kissimmee area close to many attractions and shopping. Overall the house has "good bones" and with a little updating and TLC would be a great location to enjoy a Florida vacation. The interactions we had with the management company regarding an issue with the A/C not working properly and the need of a freon recharge which was resolved within 8 hours on a Sunday, which did not affect our daily activities, as we were out of the house for the day. Their response was timely. We also had one of the smoke detectors needing a battery replacement during our stay, which was addressed promptly. The house is in need of complete carpet replacement, as it is worn and stained. The flooring would be better replaced with LVP flooring which would be better suited for the Florida climate and ease of cleaning. The beds were comfortable, and the overall layout of the house was great for our group of adults (age range 55-87). We enjoyed the pool and spa, and would recommend the pool heat in all but the hottest months. I would recommend the property for location, layout and amenities, and with the needed updates, it would be a destination that anyone would thoroughly enjoy! ##### Dave M. We really enjoyed coming home after the parks to relax. We were further away than we usually like, but it was a nice house and we would definitely return! ##### Linda L.
