"What a nice little secret our stay was so pleasant. The room was so clean The staff is so nice and welcoming when you arrive. The room had been shampooed it look like after every person because they allow animals, but I didn’t smell that there had ever been animals in the room. The hotel offers checkouts of sleds and daily activities. The room is remodeled and very nice having all the options available to us. I would stay here again if I was coming back to Lake tahoe."

"Good to see investment in the rooms and overall building. The updated rooms were nice, the bed was a bit stiff. Overall good experience, although a minor amount of feedback on the arcade: the pinball machines are in serious need for repair, and you should find a local pinball repairman to service the classic arcade area."
