"Would not recommend, we showed up at the place and couldn't get in because they had a water leak. They called and said theyd call to let know when its fixed, but never did, mind u we just drove 8 hours. The gentleman we found trying to fix told us the cleaners walked into a puddle of water therefore he honestly said it would take a alot to fis it. We ended up getting a hotel room. The worst part was the owner later emailing asking how we were enjoying the apartment, i believe this was done for...

"I'm local to Wilmington and stayed here with my husband while our bathroom was being renovated. The apartment is adorable and in a great location, Trolley Square. Walkable to restaurants and bars. Parking can be tough, but it's a safe neighborhood, so to park a block away isn't a problem. This would be a good place to stay for someone who needed to be in Wilmington for business (there's a desk in the living room, and the wifi seemed reliable) or a couple coming here for an event or to check out...

"We had a very nice stay at the farmhouse, it is an incredibly clean and well cared for property. We were in town for a fishing tournament with our truck/boat and there was plenty of room for parking as well. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat, this is a great place!"

"We loved the place! It’s adorable and well appointed with necessities. My only complaint (and the reason I gave four stars rather than five) is the bed. I would recommend the owners invest in an actual bed with a comfortable mattress. The sofa bed is not comfortable for sleeping. "Tucked away but close to everything that is Historic New Castle. A perfect little stop if you are touring this part of our country. Food, shops, historic buildings all within a few blocks. Protestant and Catholic Churches just a few blocks walk if you are staying over Sunday. Try The Mercury Cafe & Teahouse. Cozy and great food/coffee/tea. Check out Jessop’s Tavern for food and a huge selection of beers."

"This unit is very much as depicted in photos on VRBO site. The neighborhood is interesting and feels safe, and the unit itself is very authentic to residential multi units built, I'm guessing, about 100 years ago. We recommend this place. "

"Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark.
