L'hotel est bien situé, propre avec restaurant et bar. Le personnel est peu accueillant et peu avenant si on nécessite de l'aide. On doit insister.

Très bel hotel
Il ne faut pas hésiter à payer les quelques euros de plus pour la vue sur le port. Cela vaut vraiment le coup en soirée. Elégant et bien tenu, avec un service irréprochable, cet hotel est à la hauteur de la magnifique ville de KInsale. Très bon choix

Spa n'est ce pas ?
Hôtel typique avec des couloirs sans fin et des chambres confortables sans plus. Pour le prix de la chambre, on peu bénéficier du SPA et ça c'est vraiment super! Très proche du centre ville, si on a réussi à parquer sa voiture dans le parking bondé, il est très facile d'aller déambuler à pied dans la ville.

Checked in at 4pm and booked room was not ready. So at least they upgraded us. Weren’t overly friendly. Room was nice. Good location for eating out and close to shops.

I've been to Ireland many times, my mom was from Kinsale and we visit her family. I've always wanted to stay at the Actons Hotel, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. We had a wonderful stay, great food and drink at Sidney's Pub, amazing breakfast in the restaurant each morning. Our room was so nice with floor to ceiling window with view of harbor. Walk to downtown area so quickly. Staff were the nicest hotel staff I've ever met, very accommodating and helpful. I would definitely recommend Actons Hotel in Kinsale.

Waterfront in Kinsale
We had an excellent stay. The hotel was easy to find, there was parking available on site, we utilized the leisure/pool area and the hotel was easy walking distance to the downtown area. The staff allowed us to leave the car for a few hours past checkout to give us more time to sightsee. Breakfast was excellent and the bed very comfortable.

Elevator not working so walked up and down 3 double flights to 3rd floor. Received no compensation for this inconvenience. Cafe was “out of beef” so limited choices.

We are very sorry that our lift was out of service. As it broke over the weekend we had to wait for part until Kone opened on Monday to have an engineer come out. Staff were available to take bags to the room for guests and where possible we moved guests to the first floor. We are sorry this took from your stay with us. Again we had a very busy day on Sunday and the kitchen then run out of some of the daily specials as the day progressed. We hope you found something else that was suitable. If you return again please let us know and we would be happy to organise a complimentary upgrade for you.

Great property. Rooms were beautiful and updated. Excellent location. Only issue was the elevator was out of service, but they brought our bags up 3 floors for us. Wonderful breakfast too.

Our room was the nicest of all the places we have stayed on this trip. At some point Expedia emailed me asking if we wanted an upgrade for a small increase in price .... I'm glad we said yes.

Great hotel, kind of pricey
Very comfortable room, great breakfast options, and very friendly staff. Free parking right out front. Very walkable to most all of Kinsale.

The property is walking distance to the town and the room had an old fashioned feel but with modern amenities. I would stay here again and can't think of anything i didn't like.

Actons Hotel was very welcoming, stylish & clean. Our bedroom has incredible with views over the water & decor was calm & beautiful. Kinsale however has become built up & there were insufficient bins around the town with overflowing rubbish of an evening.

I’d recommend.
We asked for twin beds with a water view and that’s what we got. Everything was clean. They have a lift for those who can’t do stairs. Breakfast was fantastic.
