In addition to the kitchen with a sofa bed, the houseboat has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a high-quality bathroom with a regular hot water shower. This houseboat offers an optimal experience. Enjoy the view of the water, have dinner on the deck with a bottle of wine, or read your favorite book on the sundeck. Romantic as a couple, with friends, or with the whole family. You will look back on this holiday with great pleasure for a long time to come. The home port, marina De Spaanjerd on the border of the Netherlands and Belgium, is located 5 km from the white town of Thorn, 15 km from Roermond, and is connected to large ponds where numerous water sports can be practiced. To make sailing away and mooring a lot easier, the Comfort Class M has a bow thruster. Due to its good insulation, the comfort class M houseboat is also very suitable for renting in the winter. With the heating, it is pleasantly warm even on cooler evenings, so nothing stands in the way of a pleasant evening of games or reading! The kitchen on board has all the necessary kitchen appliances; a refrigerator, sink, and gas stove. A wonderful place to enjoy (nature) is the cozy lounge on the bow terrace. But even on days with bad weather, you can explore the idyllic Meuse valley, because the rudder is inside. Sailing is not mandatory but a nice extra. The costs of the sailing package incl. the sailing training of approximately 1 hour are 90 Euro, deposit for sailing 500 Euro. Due to possible damage to the deck and for your safety, only boat or sports shoes may be worn on a houseboat.
