5/5 Excellent
"Excellent choice for Kinosake-Onsen. Staff was above and beyond amazing. Incredible location. We were a bit worried that this might be too far from the center of town but on the contrary, it was an easy walk and we enjoyed being in a quieter location. Walk into town was beautiful. Can not recommend this place enough!"

"This hotel was the highlight of our Japan Trip. We loved experiencing a traditional Ryokan. The staff was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The onsen at the hotel was a great experience as well. We loved how Kaori hosted us for the Kaiseki dinner at our room. It was very interesting to try all the traditional dishes from Japan. "
"My husband and I had a pleasant one night stay at this ryokan! Staff are very courteous and welcoming. We were greeted with a welcome tea and orientation to the room, and onsen pass. Location is within walking distance to the train station and a few of the onsens nearby. There are no showers in the room, as all onsens have showers.
We got the kaiseki dinner and breakfast service, and were served by the lovely older ladies who were very attentive. Felt welcome and would recommend to any guests coming to Kinosaki! "
