The home features an effortless indoor/outdoor flow to a private outdoor dining area, complete with a BBQ and comfortable couch seating that overlooks an inground heated swimming pool. The pool is equipped with lockable fencing, lights, and a cover, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Please note that children must be supervised at all times when using the pool, the pool gate must be kept closed, and no glass is allowed around the pool area. Inside, the spacious property offers two living rooms, two bathrooms, and an office, providing ample space for relaxation and productivity. The large, well-equipped kitchen with a scullery ensures you have everything you need for preparing meals. Comfort is guaranteed with individual room-controlled air conditioning systems to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter, complemented by underfloor heating.
