The polished concrete floors and underfloor heating add style and comfort. Beautifully furnished, with a well-equipped open-plan kitchen/dining and living area. Less than 2km to the Kinloch Marina and Lake. There is plenty of off-street parking for the boat. Set up to cater for up to 6 guests. Room Configuration: Master Bedroom - 1x Queen Bed Bedroom Two - 2x King-Single Beds Internal Garage - 1x Set of Single Bunks. Please note, the internal garage is well insulated, and is carpeted. House Rules and Information Parking: 3 x off street parking, including boat parking for a small - medium sized boat. The garage can be used for storing bikes etc. Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes. Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels. Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate. STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups.
