The one with the huge lava rocks, natural greenery and small waterfall on the 5th floor was my favorite. Check-in is completed while seated in the lobby (rather than standing in queue) and many of the staff speak multiple languages. "great place to relax and enjoy the onsen. good and helpful staff. far from train station however they do provide shuttle service, you just need to call the hotel to arrange for it. not much around the area for shopping though, "

"It was a relaxing stay. Food was amazing. Convenient and easy for non Japanese people to get to and also very accommodating staff. My only complaint with my stay would be the fact the beds were not that comfortable. Especially considering the prices being asked."
