We were put in a room right next to reception so could hear the constant complaints from other guests, due to thin walls.
The main issue I had was that originally the hotel promoted itself as having free spa facilities, but when we arrived, we were told this would cost money, as the hotel was now separate to the spa for 3 weeks, but the online promotional material had not been updated.
The room was barely clean and presentable, there was nothing else to do in the local area, and the tv had only 5 fuzzy channels. Also, I overheard, during another person's complaint, that if you wanted to speak to the owner/manager he was living abroad, so the buck stopped with the highly irritable receptionist, who was more engaged with watching videos on his phone.
Don't waste your time and energy on this hotel.
