The evening shift associate was very nice, did not get the gentleman’s name. The day shift associate for Saturdays stay was rude and took forever for her to even come to the front counter to assist us. She made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. The room overall was good, except the recliner looked like something they brought in from the street and the desk lamp had rust all up and down the shaft and base. The amenities they provide which is appreciated has a drop of shampoo in the container. Dollar tree sells at least 3oz bottles. This may have been .025. The cost of the room did not match the room and it was discounted!

Breakfast was minimal and just an insult. The maintenance man was letting a metal door slam for hours as he pushed it open and let it slam shut. He was coming from the Heater Sprinkler Room into the first floor corridor and entering the Maintenance room door. The heavy metal door did not have a closure arm attached and the door slammed shut each time. I keep thinking it was kids running in and out of their room until I was standing in my doorway and caught this guy in the act. My daughter was in a swim meet and we had returned to catch a short nap. The front desk was oblivious as they had to have heard this door continually slam. The FD (assist. Mgr) agent had no sympathy for me when I visited the front desk about this and I did call the maintenance man a bum who was hurting business. How does this property pass inspection?

Hotel was clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom and bedroom badly need updating; rusty bathroom fixtures, torn upholstery on bedroom chair. Hotel was a bit difficult to find; driveway was gravel, did not look like a road.

The property was run down and in dire need of restoration. The carpet needed replaced and the bathtub was rusted. The air conditioner was noisy and the nearby train was loud. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. Adequate shelter, but not that nice.

I was put by elevator so I heard everyone coming and going. Shower had rust everywhere. Went to bathroom before bed and found a big cockroach walking on top of my toothpaste. They were short staffed so I could not check in when I got there 20 mins early. Will not be staying there next time I need a hotel in this town.

I reserved a Handicap room and they didn’t have any. Then the restroom is so small. I’m 6’ 3 and could not fit. Staff was great but I will never go back there.

An Okay Stay
La Quinta Inn was okay. One room was average not enough cool a/c. The bathroom had old towels that look like some years old. Another room the a/c was leaking water, but front said no another room were available to switch so we had to stay in same room with a/c leaking. Breakfast was good.

It was a nice room love the spa bath in the room , it didn't have accessories for disabled for my husband so he couldn't take a shower or bath because the tub was to high and didn't have a chair so he could sit on so he had to sit on his own chair and sponge bath

This is an older property that needs repairs. After looking at the pool I did not get in. The bottom was covered in green stuff and dirt. On the plus side the rooms were clean and the beds comfortable.

The staff are friendly and try hard to be accommodating. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The pool needs tile work and has algae on the sides. They say they are renovating areas but if the laundry area is closed. Where can we get our clothes clean?

The property is convenient and the hotel is very well taken care of. The staff was helpful and very attentive. As you enter and exit the front entrance, there were always people smoking. You have to go through the smoke to get in and out of the hotel. This is a non-smoking hotel, yet there are people smoking as you go in and out. This was gross!

The desk staff was great! The restroom was dirty there was a sanitary pad on the floor. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the people in the next room talking or snoring. The bed was hard. The breakfast area the tables weren’t clean.
