The room was a smoking room so it smelled like smoke, the shower was barely working only some water comes out of the head, trim and safety lock missing at door, tv ,fridge was excellent and bed was soft

Room looked like it was not cleaned, the towels weren’t folded in bathroom, no roll of towel paper just the cardboard roll, sink smelled bad.

It was not represented online as it was in person. Garbage behind bed,no water from sink. Dust everywhere and dirty sheets. Litter everywhere outside. Noisy very late at night. Gaps around entry door.

Check in was easy. Attendants were very nice. Room was a little rundown. Curtains were torn. Refrigerator and A/C were very noisy. Room had a musty smell. Nothing in room. Had to call them to bring toilet paper, towels, and hand soap etc….

ROOM 114: Ok, yes, you get what you pay for but really? Basic maintenance should NOT be an issue. Our room must have recently had carpets cleaned (?). The carpet was still damp and a strong musty, moldy smell slapped you in the face when we entered. We went out and shoved some car "trees" in our vents then smell was tolerable. The shower did not drain well at all.Showers were in 2 inches of water. Then,NONE of the 4 outlets/plugs in bathroom worked, had to blow dry hair in living room. On the positive side, room ac was good and cold and bed was pretty comfortable. With just a little more attention and pride in your hotel, your reviews would definitely improve. Just FIX whats broken BEFORE guests use a room. We will gladly pay more next time, and stay somewhere else.

It had everything you could want. I mean everything. It was a beautiful property and extremely clean. If there is a Americans Best Value Inn when I travel they will be my First Choice

Don't stay.
Bathroom outlets were not working. No tissues. No soaps. No shampoo. No coffee. No hair dryer. The toilet seat was broken. The shower head was broken. The towels were not fold nicely ( we were afraid they were dirty) No hot food, fruits or yogurt for breakfast.

Motel was not great but had no other choice. Rooms are in need of updates and cleaning. Fridge was dirty , looked like housekeeping did not bother to wipe it down. Shower curtain was torn and dingy, in need of a good wash as well as the towels. Some bleach would help or maybe buy new ones. Tried to hang my towel up and towel hanger broke. Do not even get me started on breakfast or lack thereof, took one look and was a hard no for me.
