On arrival it is exactly as depicted online, clean, well organized and homely. Communication with the host was excellent, she's very efficient and responds immediately. The apartment is centrally located within a gated complex which gives you a sense of security. If you're looking for somewhere to stay in Kingston, Urban Charm without a doubt is the place. The property is even more spacious than the pictures show, but everything is exactly as pictured. Jheanell, the host was so thorough with her check in process that I had no issues with anything and so didn’t need to bother her during the trip. Security are thorough with their job and the area is quiet which is lovely. The more from the balcony is really nice, overlooking the Kingston city.
