The customer service at this hotel is amazing. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfasts are my favorite but it's the calibre of the employees that cause me to return.

The room was spotless, the pool and hot tub were great, the staff was very professional. The food in the restaurant was very delicious. I overall had a great stay. I just didn’t get my free bottle of wine. Make sure you ask for it

The staff were very friendly and pleasant. We had a great stay. The hotel was within walking distance to food, bar and entertainment. The only issue is the floor was a little dirty and needed to be cleaned

We always stay at the Spanish Court hotel whenever we visit Kingston. The service is impeccable and the property is clean and well staffed. The pool area is very nice and is adult and kid friendly, with a very nice vibe. The Spanish Court offers a free breakfast buffet which has many options, and the food is delicious. There is a nice grocery store across the street which is very convenient to walk to. The transportation services offered through the Spanish Court are also exceptional. We always request driver Joel T who not only provides professional and exceptional transportation services but also offers great guidance and resources to the best restaurants and activities in Kingston. And Joel always goes above and beyond to make us feel safe and secure, which makes our stay in Kingston even more enjoyable.

The location in New Kingston is great. Close to all major embassy, and close to the National Stadium. Great facility, lovely pool and sky bar. Complimentary breakfast was awesome. Great Jamaican food.

I wish I had stayed longer than one night! They have interesting dining options but I didn't have the choice to sample any except room service. The room service menu could do with some expanding to include some local options. The staff was extremely nice. The service, such that I needed, was excellent and the premises are very nice. Some rooms could use a little maintenance work though. Certain fittings and furniture could use some sealant and grout. Overall, I enjoyed this hotel and would stay there again.

The hotel itself is exquisite for Jamaica. Boutique but modern, with high end amenities, excellent food and drinks, considerate and respectful staff, simply gorgeous. The only drawback, which isn’t exclusive to this hotel, but all hotels in Kingston, is there is lot of hustle and bustle outside of the hotel. It is the capital after all. So while not as scenic as other parts of the island, the hotel itself is excellent.
