IU had to contact VBRO consumer service by phone. He mediated the transfer of the information, but only after I found a place downtown with free wifi to connect. Once in, the place was ok - very like the cheap attic suite I for $20 a month in university. It had all the appliances to live comfortably, a pleasant shower, towel, instant coffee, paper towels, a broom. The TV did not work, nor did the wifi. ##### David R. The pictures were not misleading, just not enough of them to understand the space. Also the bathroom was small, very old, the tap was broken, and the shower looked scary.
