My older parents stayed in the hotel for a night . The staff was excellent and very helpful . They took care of the senior citizens in the most kindest way possible . We are very happy with the hospitality of the hotel.

Property is undergoing Reno so hard to judge. Beds are double not queen which is tight for 2 adults and 2 kids. Staff is very friendly 😊

Standard Comfort Inn - lots of walkable venues for meal choices, coffee etc. Room heater/fan was rather noisy

Fruit fly infestation in our room. Toilet wouldn’t flush properly, towel bar falling off wall, tub slow to drain after shower we were ankle deep in water, fridge was unplugged and smelled awful, microwave smelled too. Wonderful, fresh clean, comfy beds. Good TV. Quiet. Good breakfast.

While not in the downtown core, it was a short drive to get there. It was also very quiet at night, even though it was the Homecoming weekend, and the hotel was quite full. We had a plumbing issue in our room, but we were moved to a new room with no problems. The front desk people were very accommodating, and quick to get us resettled. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
