Very comfortable house for a family retreat. We had our 13 month old grandson and house worked out perfectly for him (use the gate for the one stairway). Beautiful location right on the beach. My wife and I lounged in the master bedroom watching the ferries come in and out, and watching the sunset over the sound and Rainier from the sauna was just amazing. We saw sea otters on the beach , lots of harbor seals in the water, eagles, and all sorts of waterfowl!
