Whispering Pines | Pet friendly | Location

Whispering Pines, a rare find, a short-term rental (linens included) in beautiful Southern New Hampshire. A great place for family time, and bleisure! The huge backyard has a firepit and the front driveway offers 2-spots of free parking. The location is fantastic with Kingston Lake (2 mi), Granite Rose Events (4 mi), Zorvino Winery (6 mi), Canobie Lake Park (20 mi) and Portsmouth and the ocean is about 26 miles! Whispering Pines is one of several homes owned and/or managed by Vacation Your Way!

A rare find in New England- a short term rental with linens provided, utensils/cookware in kitchen and free parking!
This is a duplex. This listing is 17B- the right side of the duplex. (We also have 17A listed- in case you have a large group and need 3 bedroom homes!)

Garage and cellar areas are not available. Parking for 2 vehicles- please let us know if you have a large vehicle (RV, Boat..etc)
Non-smoking property -no smoking- cleaning cost for evidence of smoking = $300.

This is a brand new home. The water is special treated due to high iron. Water may be burnt orange color at times, if dark-please report to host. We recommend drinking bottled water.

Must be 25 and older to rent. Host is not responsible for anything left behind after check-out time. No Smoking. No Parties. Ask about pets (in some cases we are able to accommodate this request)

The space is open flow concept downstairs with a lovely bar area, luxury recliner couches (they recline almost flat- you could sleep on them!), and a few Roku TVs. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms- 1st = KING; 2nd = 2 Twins; and 3rs = 1 Queen

We aim to provide an incredibly clean and sanitized home for a great stay in Kingston.

Great location & great home away from home!
This property is in a great location & it's a wonderful home away from home! Very spacious and clean-everything we needed for our stay in the NE area. Nice and quiet area but close to everything we needed. Grocery store is within 2 miles and lots of lakes/trails nearby as well as a quick drive to the beautiful Maine Coast. The property manager is super easy to communicate with and answered any questions very promptly. Would stay here again if in the area! Thank you so much for a great Thanksgiving Holiday in your VRBO! :)

Very spacious, comfortable, and convenient. Really nicely furnished and appliances and kitchen were wonderful. The yard had plenty of room to hang out and the driveway was able to accommodate a few vehicles with room to turn around. Great stay.

Our Stay
Our Host Kara was very attentive and answered all of our text promptly. Your property was Beautiful and Clean, it is in a good location, as we were planning our vacation around this area, my suggestions for a better stay would be to have more facecloths, and towels, at least 1 per day for each guest, also toaster and kettle, and more juice and water glasses. I understand that the water in Kingston is full of minerals, but something needs to be done about it, when we arrived everything was good but on the second day, everything was yellowed, and it was smelly. that was the biggest problem that we had, in saying that, once I notified Kara about this, she had someone come over immediately to fix it. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay early , but we did enjoy your home.
