Due to a delay, I had to inform the hotel I wouldn't be arriving until after midnight. On a sold-out night they protected my room and when I arrived suggested a late checkout so I could get a solid sleep. True service!

Beautiful newly renovated hotel. Large room with 2 huge TV’s! Full breakfast included. Central location with shopping and dining options right across the street. What’s not to love?!

Our room was not ready at 3 per policy. Charged my credit card more than what was on the bill slipped under my door. Didn’t request an accessible room (booked last room available months ago) but ended up in one, hope that isn’t why the room cost almost double what I remember seeing online and what it’s going on line for now $200 vs$400?!?????) Also had to pay extra for parking-not impressed. For theses reasons would not book here again and would discourage others from booking as well. NOT GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY. $400 for the 12 hours we spent in the room-ridiculous.

I’ve stayed in quite a few hotels in Kingston and think this was best value. It had good service, rooms were modern, very clean and had Microwave, mini fridge and Keurig machine. Plus a very nice breakfast that was included in price. There was also a gym, pool and whirlpool although I didn’t have time to use those. Highly recommend.
