New lakefront luxury home on the beautiful Lake LBJ hosted by Waterhouse Rentals. All 6 bedrooms feature King Size Beds and there is an abundance of space to enjoy all that Lake LBJ has to offer. You can relax poolside in the infinity edge pool and hot tub (pool can be heated for additional fee) while enjoying amazing views. You can also head down to the boat dock and relax in the kid friendly depths of water that start as shallow as 2 feet and work up to 6 feet at the slides.

Don't waste your precious time driving back and forth from other properties located 15 minutes from town, Waterhouse at Lake LBJ Residence II is located on the Llano Arm of Lake LBJ and is in a prime location on the 6,500+ acre constant level lake with quick access to all that Kingsland has to offer. You can walk, boat, or paddleboard to Boat Town, have quick access to HEB, and are a quick boat ride to the sandbar, boat ramp and Wakepoint.

DEPOSIT INFORMATION: Waterhouse Rentals requires a $2,000 hold to be placed on the renters card 1 day prior to check-in. This is not a charge, but a pre-authorization. The pre-authorization will automatically be reversed after check-out unless an amount is needed from that to cover damages. Any charges for damages will be communicated clearly with the renter prior to being assessed.

Perfect lake get-away!

We had a small family reunion of 18 and it was the perfect get-away for all of us! It was a beautiful, large home and very clean! So many things to do, close to town and a great place on the lake! The adults and kids (ages 6-16) enjoyed the slide, boating, fishing, swimming, cooking out and playing games! We have been going to the lake every year for over 40 years and this is our favorite lakehouse to rent!

Great Family Getaway !

This was our large, multi-generational family's first time to Lake LBJ. We usually are beach people, but decided to try something different and this wonderful house did not disappoint. The pictures do not do justice to the beautiful, spacious living, kitchen, and dining areas, not to mention a large laundry room and mud space right off the garage. The primary bedroom is huge. The secondary bedrooms are also very spacious, including the upstairs den. Closet space is good, including shelves and hampers. Our grandkids loved the bunk beds, and each has an individual light, which came in handy for those wanting to read before bed or needing a night light for video games. The house has two large refridgerators, plus a small one, which is a big plus. Oversized washer and dryer. Everyone loved the outdoor living space and the pool was great. Adults and kids alike enjoyed the lake slide and lake deck area. A basket full of swim towels was provided by the back door. Communication with Bradley was easy peasy and very timely. A wonderful trip overall !!

Plenty of activities, Nestled in a beautiful spot without Nothing you’d need

Comfortable accommodations for large families along with multiple activities close by and a set up that gives kids ample room for themselves. This was our best find yet! My adult kids had their king size comforts, along with private bathrooms, plus a great place for the cousins to have their sleepover nook. Plenty of play space. The heated pool was truly a fantastic spot after hiking. Loved having mountain biking trails so close, and the cave experience was phenomenal! We were always able to get our questions answered so quickly from Brad. Thanksgiving meals can be tricky when you’re in a new place. We were delighted to get in touch with a remarkable masseuse that put this Thanksgiving at the top of our list. We hope to return for years to come.

The house was amazing and comfortably slept 20 of us! Pool was great. The lake was a blast! The only downfall was the slide, we are all in our 30s and 3 of us got hurt from going down the slide just one time, and pretty much back to back. Amazing property

Wow…loved it !! We had a wonderful experience. The house is everything described and more. Spotless, so tastefully decorated …a showpiece !! We rented both homes to be next to each other since we were a large party and it was so convenient to be able to have our entire family together !! The way the home incorporated the outdoor with the indoor was so unique. Views are amazing. Kitchen was well equipped and information on how to use all equipment throughout the home is a plus !! Plenty of indoor and outdoor areas for lounging. The lake locations was amazing…the outdoor toys were a hit !! This home really lends itself to easy fun living for a large crowd. Our family had not been together since 2016 and we found the absolute best home for our reunion. We will most definitely be back !! Thanks for having us.
