Summary:
Enjoy the gorgeous shade trees & the luscious green lawn. Completely & perfectly stocked with all of the must haves & toys for 2 families to enjoy their stay. Boat dock w/ lift & jet ski platform recently built. Neighborhood boat ramp next door provides easy access to bring your own watercraft. Incredible backyard for games & cookouts with the family! Swim & play in the water with provided kayaks or Lily Pad. At the end of the day, you can enjoy dinner on the incredible decks & enjoy the views!

• 550 thread count sheets on all beds to make sure everyone sleeps comfortable

• Propane Weber Grill on site for that afternoon cookout 
• Lots of Outdoor Games/Activities including Giant Connect 4, Ring Toss game, Lily Pad, and Kayaks 
• Inside the kids will be entertained with provided board games, card games, puzzles, and other toys 
• Floor fans available in all the bedrooms including the bunk nook for those that enjoy white noise 
• Bedroom 1 & 2 along with the Couch pull out Queen are equipped with mattress toppers for added comfort 
• Drip Coffee Maker

No Pets allowed at this property. If evidence of pets are found it will be $500 fee automatically charged to the card on file.

Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.

In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.

As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.

The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.

The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.

All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.

Weekend Getaway

Great house and neighborhood! House was very clean and nice. Super comfortable bed and great shower. It was a little cold (we were there in January), but still got in some fishing off of the pier. Views are beautiful! HEB is very close by - super convenient. Overall superb stay!

LOVE THIS PLACE!!

Wonderful Stay!

We stayed specifically at this property for the April 6th eclipse and boy was it worth it! There were a few neighbors around, but it was pretty quiet, but awesome! We stayed beyond the 6th and had a good time enjoying the Longhorn Cavern State Park and the Perissos Winery. We really enjoyed our vacation at your cottage--thanks so very much!

Riverfront

Lovely home, all the necessities are provided. Two recliners with a river view out of the large picture windows in back, viewed through gorgeous old oak trees. Nature abounds. A bonus of an entertaining eclectic duck group, who came to visit us daily. Thank you, highly recommend!

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay, the location and amenities were great. The scenery was very calm and relaxing. Our kids loved the bunk beds and all the board and card games. Weenjoyed the outdoor deck and dock, we spent all day outside by the water. We will definitely be back.

We appreciated the convenient location. We had a good time on the wonderful decks with family fun fishing & kayaking off the dock. This is an updated, very clean cottage. One of our most enjoyable family getaways. We will come again!

Girl’s weekend

House had everything needed and was fabulous! The views are great, the neighborhood quiet and it’s a great place for a weekend getaway. We left one item behind and the management company has been kind enough to ship it back to us. Highly recommend!

Great little house and deck, excellent waterfront amenities

Enjoyed our stay, and loved the dock, boat lift and jet ski lifts! Deck and seating outside was super inviting. House was everything we expected, and the neighbors were super nice to boot. Management company was hyper responsive dealing with a maintenance issue. Would definitely stay here again. Wish it was a little bit bigger!

Great place off the beaten path.

Older cabin/home that is well kept. Great dock with lift(unexpected and pleasant addition). Well appointed with everything you would need. (Bathroom basics, salt/pepper assorted other kitchen basics. Plenty of pots pans knives) Place has a great view and close to everything but still across the bridge which I prefer.
