Plenty of sand to play in by the lake, a pool and hot tub, and kayaks to take out on the water. The house features a beautifully updated full kitchen in an open living area with everything you need. The back of the house features a screened in porch and sunny patio overlooking the pool, the lake, and Texas Hill Country. As you wind down, the bedrooms and main living space all have televisions with streaming. The main space is wide open from the kitchen to dining and living room, which leads directly to the screened in patio and porch. Beyond that is the hot tub, pool, and lake. Off of the main living space is a long hallway separating bedrooms from the living room. Each of the bedrooms including guest bathroom are accessed by this hallway. We provide a desk, 27" monitor, keyboard, mouse, webcam and 200mpbs internet with a battery backup for remote workers. The desk has all amenities attached to a USB-C hub, which means one simple connection for charging, monitor, mouse, etc. There is covered parking out front as well as additional space for vehicles off the street. The house is within a short drive to restaurants and HEB in Kingsland as well as boat rental and other attractions on the water. The sand by the water has a fine texture and is fun to play in. At normal water level, there are plenty of shallow water areas for the kiddos to play. Video recording devices: A ring doorbell as well as one external camera on the front and back yard are present. We didnt even use the kids bunk room but I could see how little ones would greatly enjoy that space. It was a bit difficult to get the kayaks into the water, but we were able to manage it. The water levels were low but that may be just because of the time of year we visited. Once in, there saw lots of fish, turtles and we even saw bald eagles flying overhead! It was a great location for short trips to Marble Falls, Fredericksburg and even Austin. We went to the Texas Longhorn Caverns, Marble Falls for shopping and Bluebonnet Cafe pies, easy few minute drive to the lakeside burger restaurant and groceries. The house had storage for days and a well stocked kitchen with all tools/pans needed. The kids finished every night in the hot tub and we always enjoyed the sunset off the back patio. Hosts were east to get a hold of and answer any questions. Overall a great trip! ##### Emily C. The kitchen is absolutely gorgeous and had all we needed and more for cooking. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen with our family! There was plenty of room for our family of 6 to spread out comfortably and our toddlers LOVED the bunk beds. All the baby gear was super helpful as well. We spent our evenings playing games and watched dear pass by from the river. Our teens enjoyed taking the kayaks out to check out a better view of the river area. We had such a wonderful weekend and made so many great memories with our family! ##### Amy P.
