Guest Access: Guest will have access to the whole house, back yard and fishing pier. The Neighborhood: The home is located near local attractions and restaurants in Kingsland. Getting Around: Guests will need a car to get to this home and around town. Other Things to Note: We are available via phone, text, email, or in person if need be. This property is not pet friendly. If evidence of pets is found on property there will be an automatic charge of $500 applied to card on file. Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property. In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property. As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation. The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined. The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest. The home is beautifully decorated and everything is new. The screened in front porch was amazing to keep the mosquitos out and was such a relaxing place to hang out in the morning and evening. It had recently rained when we stayed, so the water wasn’t conducive to swimming being that it’s in a cove. There was a lot of debris by the dock, however the water was great for a little perch fishing! The only thing we wished the dock had was cleats for tying up our fishing boat, but we made it work. The carport area was a great area to hang out. The corn hole boards provided were great fun.
