This lakeside home is perfect for your next getaway. Situated on open water, there's plenty of room for friends and family to gather. Enjoy spacious rooms, relaxing outdoor decks (with lots of shade) and all the comforts of home AT THE LAKE!  
  
Imagine the spectacular sunsets while lounging on our extensive 2,500 square feet of decks overlooking Texas hill country’s premier Lake LBJ. You will feel like you are sitting in the middle of the Lake. Treat yourself and your family to a wonderful time on this constant-level lake!   
  
You'll love this newly renovated 3,200 sq/ft home which offers 2,200 Sq/ft 4/2 & a (1,000 sq/ft casita 1bed / 1bath, kitchenette, & large living/game room) connected to main home. There are a total of 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, 1 kitchen, 1 kitchenette, 2 living areas and three spacious decks making this home the perfect vacation for large groups & families   
  
Beds: (2) Kings-sized bed in masters, (1) queen-sized bed (3) twin beds, (1) Twin bed trundle for 2; (1) rollaway twin, Large sofa for 2 and inflatable if needed.  
\- (3) Baths - 2 walk in frameless glass showers & 1 tub / frameless glass shower upstairs   
  
\- Large covered patio upper and lower decks with panoramic view of the water with plenty of shade to protect from the sun and heat. 55 feet of Lake LBJ waterfront.   
  
\- The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishware, and utensils. Bath and bed linens are also provided.

Lake LBJ is one of the prettiest and largest normally constant-level lakes in the U.S., and one of the best settings for all water activities.
