Each bedroom has its own connected bathroom! The home is fully equipped for your longer-term stays and includes a fully furnished kitchen for cooking, high-speed wireless internet, a washer/dryer, three flat screen smart TVs (both bedrooms and living room) 2-car parking pad and bistro table out back to relax. It's conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, post office, grocery stores and just a few miles from the Kingsbay Naval Base. It's also a mile off interstate 95 which will put you in Brunswick/Saint Simons within 35 minutes and Jacksonville in 20 minutes. You absolutely can't beat this location for this price! Other things to note: All reservations are charged a $50 processing fee. This fee is non-refundable, even if the reservation is cancelled. Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed. Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself. Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival. Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need! For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit. House Rules: Smoking is not allowed. $2,000 minimum fee for smoking inside the house. Quite hours are 8pm to 8am. Violation of county ordinance will result in immediate eviction without refund. No loud music. No parties. No parking on the lawn. There will be a $75 minimum charge for any missing remotes, including ceiling fan, and TV remotes. The location was very hard to find and check in process was fairly difficult. When we entered there was also a strange smell in the entire unit. Overall the stay was fine and the place was clean. Only tiny drawbacks were; sofa's somewhat small and uncomfortable, kitchen table somewhat small and uncomfortable, would have been nice to have window screens, some windows had film soy couldn't see out.
