Guest Access: Guests will have access to the front yard, entire house, backyard, guesthouse, and boat dock. This fire pit and smoker are located across in the lot across the street. The Neighborhood: This home is located on the Colorado River on Lake LBJ. The Lighthouse Golf Course and Legends Golf Course are located near this home. There are local restaurants and wineries, outdoor activities such as Longhorn Cavens, Inks Lake State Park and many more places to explore in the Texas Hill Country. Getting Around: There is not public transportation available in this area. You will need a vehicle to get to and from this property and around to local attractions. Other Things to Note: We are available via phone, text, email, or in person if need be. Please note there are external security cameras onsite. This is a not Pet-Friendly Property. If evidence of pets are found, an automatic charge of $500 occurs. Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property. In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property. As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation. The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined. The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest. Quiet Hours are from 10PM-8AM! All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.
