"Old building, has a tired look to it but it was a relatively cheap flop in between flights and served my needs well. My room was clean, the mattress comfortable. The insulation between rooms could be better - I could hear the person in the next room urinating during the night. "

"Room was smallish but we knew that going in. Staff was great, great shower, clean, bed comfy but bouncy. Hyde park right across the street. Variety of pubs and restaurants close by. Tube and bus close by. Hear a few bumps on occassion from upstairs."

A good selection of eating/drinking places within a few minutes walk. Our room was on the top floor and surprisingly had a balcony. Well fitted out, clean and comfortable. The common areas are looking a little worn - but nothing that impacted our stay. The front desk staff and concierge were really helpful. Limited car parking available, but we were able...
