Door numbering does not make sense, so it took us a while to find our room. screen door on balcony was outside of rails, so we could not use the deck area. Main complaint concerns the listing itself, as this was a studio, not a 1 bedroom. It’s small/cozy, but we don’t vacation for the accommodations. We don’t want to stay in a dump, but we go places to see and do so we don’t spend lots of hours, or days, lounging around our room. It’s been renovated recently. Full kitchen (including dishwasher) and bath. Pots, pans, silverware, coffee maker…basics for meal prep if you don’t want to eat out 2-3 times a day. It’s only 2-3 minutes straight down the hill to Kings Beach. We loved it. ##### Eric W.
