Large Family home walking distance to the lake and beach. Recently remodelled 2 story 4 bedroom and two bathroom home. 1 bedroom and bath downstairs, 3 bedrooms plus a loft and bath upstairs. There is a king bed in the room downstairs. Upstairs there are two rooms with one king bed and one room with one queen bed. This home features a large kitchen with a large dining table and separate breakfast nook to seat the whole family. There is a large livingroom with plenty of seating. Off street parking for your guests. Access to an outdoor hot tub and a large covered outdoor BBQ area for use in the winter. There is also a folding roll away bed that can be used in the living room downstairs. Walking distance to Kings Beach shops and restaurants. A short drive to Crystal Bay, Nevada, Host to four casinos. Nice corner lot. Located near skiing/summer recreation. Just minutes from shopping, swimming & skiing. We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase. The house is also 1/2 a block from a 250,000 acre forest. Common areas were recently updated. Plenty of cooking dishes and silverware.Cons: Property management did not reply to weekend emails or phone calls/voicemails left on general office phone and emergency phone. Property management did not return calls and was unable to discuss the following concerns. House listed laundry facilities but did not provide access. Grill did not work-unsure if it was out of propane or broken but we were unable to use it. The basement light was left on but we could not access the area to turn it off. Light was visible in common areas. There is an exterior camera in use that was not listed in posting. Toaster should be replaced. Upon our arrival we noticed a loose coil that was making direct contact with food and would burn anything in the toaster. ##### Jessica H.
