Centrally located steps from downtown Kings Beach, and an easy 10-minute walk to the popular public beach, which has plentiful rentals of water toys or bikes in the summer and ski, snowboard, and sled rentals in winter. There’s plenty to do year-round. Experience the perfect blend of contemporary design and lakeside tranquility in this stunning modern townhome. Nestled in a private community along the shores of Lake Tahoe, this sleek retreat offers breathtaking lake views and pier access. One minute walk to the tranquil water's edge, and access to swimming off the dock! Designer re-done in the recent past, the home is gorgeous, with all-new furniture, luxe beds and bedding, and plenty of modern tech and luxuries. There are Sonos sound systems in each room, multiple 65” smart TVs with immersive surround sound, a house-wide Nest heating and air conditioning system, and entertaining spaces on 2 decks. Take your morning coffee on Adirondack chairs outside your primary suite; or gather around the high-top table on the upper deck, with breathtaking views of the lake. If you think you may need to cancel for any reason, We highly suggest you PURCHASE TRIP INSURANCE or BOOK CLOSER to your travel dates. \*\*\*\* PLEASE NOTE:  During the winter months, outdoor furniture may be unavailable due to heavy snow.  Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without our approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.  No smoking  No parties or events  Due to extreme wildfire risk, any type of outdoor wood burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000 per Lake Tahoe short term rental regulations.  This home has a max overnight occupancy of 8 guests! MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTAL. The minimum age to rent the Property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25 After you book, you will be asked to e-sign another rental agreement which protect our home from guest damages. \*\*\*All guests must electronically sign a Rental Agreement prior to being given access to the property at check-in. Contract will be emailed within 24 hours of booking and should be signed within 48 hours\*\*\* Parking: 2 assigned Parking spots. We only have the AC on the first floor! Second Floor does not have an AC! Our property does not have space to accommodate RVs or fifth wheels. My cleanliness standards are pretty high and I had no complaints. You can tell lots of attention to detail was given, everything in the home was top of the line and comfortable. The location was great, close to everything you could want. Wonderful views of the lake, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony or walking down to the lakeside and enjoying the chairs set out on the lawn there. We hope to return again soon! ##### ashley h. Beds and sheets were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. All appliances were modern and furnitures were in great shape. Aesthetically, the unit was beautiful. We did have an issue with the AC as the Nest thermostat malfunctioned and was stuck below 60 degrees. We had to turn it off at the circuit breaker. The WiFi also had to be reset as no one was able to connect to it. Last, some mechanical noise can be heard (we thought it was the neighbor’s AC unit but could’ve been something else) cycling on and off in the master at night. Overall, a great place. I would stay there again if those issues were resolved, which would make the place fantastic. ##### Daniel C. There were 3 of us and it was a very comfortable stay. Rooms and living room was outfitted with quality TVs and Sonos speakers. Master bedroom had its own private deck with view of lake. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the equipment we needed. Easy check in/out process and property manager always got back to me quickly. ##### Huong T.
