With an extra patio off the main level, you’ll have even more space to enjoy the serene surroundings and stunning lake views. The townhome is beautifully situated, making it the perfect spot for a family getaway or a peaceful retreat. Enjoy access to fantastic shared amenities, including a heated pool, lakeside tennis courts, a fitness center, and saunas—everything you need for relaxation and recreation right at your doorstep. This is truly your home away from home, where you can create lasting memories with your loved ones. Please note: The fireplace is currently inoperable. Permit #: STR22-5810 The Space: Whether you’re staying in the townhomes or the tower, you’ll enjoy comfortable, fully furnished accommodations with modern kitchens, wireless internet, patio furniture, and barbecues. Getting Around: We are conveniently located near a T.A.R.T. bus stop, providing easy access to Truckee, Tahoe City, Kings Beach, Incline Village, and more. While taxis are available in the area, Uber and Lyft services are less common in North Lake Tahoe, and availability may be limited, especially in more remote areas or during peak times. It's always a good idea to plan ahead or take advantage of the reliable T.A.R.T. bus system for transportation. Other Things to Note: The loft space is NOT part of rental and is subject additional cleaning fee and a penalty of up to $500/night if used. There is a three vehicle limit for this unit.
