"Josh did an excellent job upgrading us to a suite when all the king rooms were full, although we had a king reserved. It did take 20 minutes due to managers not answering Josh’s phone calls when he needed manager confirmation for the change. That being said it was a pleasant stay. We were there less than 12 hrs"
