Built in 2018, the apartment has an open kitchen/living/dining area, perfect for spending time with friends and family. Very nice view of Sugarloaf mountain from the large living room window. When Sugarloaf has fireworks, you can see them from your living room! During times that aren’t prime or special events, please ask about discounted rates for stays longer than 4 days. Weekly & monthly discounted rates are also available for non-prime times of the year. There are two rental properties in the same driveway. Neither one includes access to the garage. This listing is for the apartment over the garage. If you have a larger group, or if you're looking for a place that's a little bigger, please also see the rental listing for the house at vrbo/1417136\. It’s available in the summer only. Early check-in or late check-out may be available. Pets are allowed, with limitations: • Animals for the sake of the rental agreement refers to Cats and Dogs. This property was the PERFECT marathon getaway/base camp. Ample room for the two of us (and it would not have been crowded with another couple of adults). Beautiful view of the mountain from the living area. The whole property was clean and comfortable. Excellent location for those running the marathon. Packet pickup was a short drive away and the property sits very close to mile 12/13 of the marathon (but tucked away off the main road so it's very quiet and peaceful). Easy drive to the mountain or short walk to the mountain shuttle. We woke up each morning with a view of the mountain from the picture window. Brent and Sarah are awesome! It had comfy recliners to curl up in and read a book. The location can’t be beat, it’s super close to Sugarloaf and a couple of great restaurants. We really enjoyed the rack! The apt is perfect for 2-4 people. It ended up just being my husband and I, but there was plenty of space. ##### Rachelle G.
